日前，农林与服装学院刘冬老师受邀担任British Food Journal杂志审稿人，并审阅稿件The effect of green tea polyphenols addition on the physicochemical, microbiological and bioactive characteristics of yogurt。审稿工作获得British Food Journal杂志认可，主编Stefano Bresciani对审稿意见给予肯定并致谢（Thank you for offering your expertise and on-going support. It is much appreciated.）。
该期刊为SCI源杂志（一类期刊），所刊文章被科学索引Web of Science收录，由英国Emerald Group Publishing Ltd. 发行出版。该杂志被中科院划分为农林科学和食品科技3区杂志（IF=2.1），主要刊发食品加工与贮存以及功能食品开发等方面的研究工作。
